Translation Fees
Sworn Translators’ fees for the Year 2025
The following fees for certified translations apply for 2025 as approved by the Council for the Registration of Certified Translators according to the provisions of the Law for the Registration and Regulation of the Sworn Translators Services (2019), Article 19.- (1) and – (2), and published in the Government Gazette 17 January 2025, Νο 5541, Main Part, Section B.
Invoicing of translations per page of 250 translated words for 2025.

A stamp duty to the value of €2 will be affixed to the last page of the translated text.
The charge for a true copy of the translation or an extra copy, is one stamp duty of 2 EURO per completed translation.
Documents with over 125 translated words are charged as one (1) page, documents with under 125 words as brief translations, while various certificates such as marriage certificates, birth certificates, pay slips and social insurance contributions, electricity, water and telephone bills are charged as plain documents. Medical, corporate, technical and legal documents / texts are charged as specialized translations.
Please note: Translations of detailed graduate and postgraduate score reports are charged as specialized translations.
For already translated documents, submitted for check of the translation by a Sworn Translator, a translation fee is charged for each page containing more than three (3) errors in the translation.
The Extra fee for urgent translations is charged as follows: for documents of 1-2 pages if they are completed the following working day, for 3-5 pages if completed within 2-3 working days, and for documents of over six (6) pages upon agreement.
