Housing Subsidy Scheme for Young Couples and/or Individuals up to 41 Years Old

The Ministry of Interior hereby announces the Second (2nd) Call for Applications to participate in the Housing Scheme Grants for young couples and/or individuals up to 41 years of age for 2025.
The Scheme is part of the State’s Comprehensive Housing Policy and aims to support and assist young people in acquiring housing.
The Scheme involves providing financial assistance to young couples with or without children, young single-parent families, and young individuals up to 41 years of age, for the acquisition of housing with a maximum area of 150m2, in specific areas as defined in the Scheme’s Announcement. The goal of the Scheme is to cover at least 400 beneficiaries in total (2024 and 2025), with priority given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested individuals can obtain the Announcement and the Implementation Guide of the Scheme, which includes all the necessary information, the Application Form, and other required documents, via the electronic platform created for the Scheme at the link www.housing.moi.gov.cy or through the Ministry of Interior’s website, as well as in printed form from the Ministry of Interior in Nicosia or from the Local District Administration Offices.
It is noted that applications will be accepted from 15.1.2025, 12:00, until 30.11.2025, 12:00.
The relevant application submission forms should be submitted as specified in the Scheme’s Announcement.
