The purpose of the particular online service is the random selection of an auctioneer, to conduct the sale of a mortgaged property via auction in relation with the provisions and regulations, according to the Immovable Property (transfer and mortgage) Law, 1965.

The e-service is accessible ONLY by mortgagees: Banks, Financial Institutions.
