The scheme aims at encouraging employers to hire people with disabilities and to moderate their reluctance to hire people with disabilities either due to the impression that this will not be effective or because the salary is considered too high. The scheme may be co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF+) and the Government of Cyprus.
