Online application for the registration in the Register of Foreign Interest Companies and/or provision of facilities by the BFU

Use this service to

Submission of electronic requests via the internet and the website https://www.businessincyprus.gov.cy/business-facilitation-unit/ by organizations/entities wishing to be registered in the Register of Foreign Interest Companies maintained by the Business Facilitation Unit, but also for the utilization of other facilities offered by the BFU within the framework of the National Strategy for Attracting Investments and Talent. Joining the Register gives an entity access to (a) a simplified and faster process for recruiting skilled staff from third countries, through the Civil Registry and Migration Department (CRMD), and (b) to a number of significant tax and other benefits for the staff themselves; who are recruited as per the provisions of the strategy and the relevant legislation.

In addition to these, provision of other facilities are available (BFU services) such as:

• information and guidance on licensing that may be required for a specific economic activity
• submitting a request to facilitate the registration procedure of a company as an Employer (Social Insurance Services);
• submitting a request to facilitate a company’s registration in the Direct and/or Indirect Tax Registers (Tax Department);
