Pay for high-speed small vessels learner’s/operator’s licences

Use this service to

The payment shall be for the fee for (i) the issue of an operator licence or (ii) the issue of a learner's licence for high-speed vessel or (iii) the examination fee.

It concerns citizens who have reached the age of 17 (learner's lisence) or learners who have reached the age of 18 and have passed the examination (operator's licence).

Before you start

Bill payments through the JCC payments portal (an account is required).

Alternatively, payments can be made through bank transfers.
