Application for the issuing of a certificate of compliance / compatibility with the maritime spatial plan

Use this service to

The exercise/ licensing of a use or activity in the marine waters of the Republic, requires the prior obtainment of a relevant Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Compatibility with the Maritime Spatial Plan, issued by the Maritime Spatial Planning Committee.

Before you start

The application together with the necessary accompanying documents should be submitted via email to the addresses kaliouris@dms.gov.cy and nioannou@dms.gov.cy, as well as paying the relevant fees. For more information you can visit the Shipping Deputy Ministry’s website.
