Application for the establishment and operation of a private veterinary laboratory

Use this service to

Registration of private veterinary laboratories by the Veterinary Council.

The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

• name of the Director or Directors and the signature or countersignature of said person or persons;
• a copy of the identity card of the Director or Directors;
• a copy of the certificate of registration of the Director or Directors in the Veterinary Register issued by the Superintendent;
• a copy of the floor plan plans of the building where the applicant must show the separation of spaces and where the equipment will be located;
• a copy of a certificate issued by the Cyprus Veterinary Council that the proposed Director has never been deprived of the right to practice the veterinary profession;

• copy of receipt for the registration fee of €500 (payable in cash, by check or bank order).
