If you are a Cypriot worker or a worker from a European Union (EU) country and you work in Cyprus, you can file an anonymous labour complaint against employers by completing the online application form.

In this case, the Labour Relations Department will not contact you as you will not enter your contact details.

Once the online application has been submitted, the anonymous complaint is evaluated and then internal procedures are carried out which may include an on-site inspection, by a competent inspector or officer of the Department, at the workplace for which the complaint is submitted.
