The Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digital Policy presents the “Framework for the Digital Transformation of Government Services”

The Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digital Policy is organizing a conference to present the “Framework for the Digital Transformation of Government Services”, on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., at the Filoxenia Conference Center, in Lefkosia.

The Framework was developed as part of the Cyprus government’s strategy for digital transformation, with an objective to provide citizen-centric digital services that meet the needs of citizens and businesses. The framework defines a new approach to developing digital services and enhances the collaboration between the public and the private sectors.

The conference is addressed to suppliers, CEOs, and other senior executives of organizations in the field of information and communication technologies and e-service development, as well as to government bodies and representatives.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the new framework, the mini competitions that will be conducted for the development of digital services, following agile methodologies, and the principles of the Service Standard.

Furthermore, specialized online workshops, targeting professionals in the field, will be held on Monday, May 22, and Tuesday, May 23, 2023. During these workshops, members of the Digital Services Factory team will present best practices and lessons learned in user-centered design, user research, interaction design, content design, technical architecture, and the development of digital services.
