Temporary suspension of services to the public at the Migration Department and the Aliens & Immigration Service branches

The Migration Department of the Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection οf the Republic of Cyprus announces that, as part of a scheduled upgrade to its IT systems, on Friday, 17 October 2025, public service points for the submission of applications will operate only until 12:00 noon.

The temporary suspension applies to services provided to the public both at the Migration Department’s headquarters in Lefkosia, as well as at the District Branches of the Police Aliens and Immigration Service.

Services to the public will resume as normal on Monday, 20 October 2025.

The Migration Department apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension and thanks the public for their understanding.
