Today, the Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection embarks on a year-long project through which we aspire to simplify and further modernise our working processes, receive technical support along our path in adapting and reinforcing our structure and organisation, as befits a modern and efficient service that carries such portfolio.
This project aims to support our ongoing efforts to increase our efficiency and effectiveness, strengthen ties and flow of information with other governmental departments and services, stakeholders in the private sector, and civil society organizations, in order to further strengthen evidence-based decision making and strategy implementation that serve the best interests of Cyprus, while respecting European Union (EU) and International law.
