Fires in the mountainous area of Lemesos – Material aid for those affected

The Civil Defence Force expresses its warm thanks to the citizens for their interest in offering material assistance to our fellow citizens who have been affected by the wildfires in the mountainous area of Lemesos.
At this stage, sufficient quantities have been collected and citizens are urged to follow the announcements of the competent Authorities, whenever and if the need arises, so that material aid can be properly managed and waste is avoided.
It is recalled that the Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus, following many requests from citizens wishing to contribute financial assistance for those affected, has opened a bank account with the following details:
