The Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the People’s Republic of China presented her credentials

The Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the People’s Republic of China, Mrs. Martha A. Mavrommati, presented her credentials to President Xi Jinping, on 24 April 2023.

During the official ceremony, which was held in the Great Hall of the People, President Xi Jiping, delivered a speech to all the new Ambassadors, welcoming them and asking them to convey his warm wishes to the leaders and people of their countries.

During his speech, President Xi Jiping said that China is ready to deepen the friendship and expand its mutually beneficial cooperation with the people of all countries, on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, as well as to promote the further development of bilateral relations.
