The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr Elikkos A. Elia, will deliver a speech, on behalf of the President of the Republic, at the unveiling ceremony of the monument in honor of the fighters of EOKA 1955-59 and the inauguration ceremony of the Museum of the EOKA 1955-59 Fighters' Association.
