The President of the Republic will participate in the European Political Community Meeting

The President of the Republic, Mr Nicos Anastasiades, is in Prague, where he will participate today in the deliberations of the European Political Community Meeting, to be held early this afternoon in the Czech capital.

The Meeting will take place in the Prague Castle with the participation of 44 leaders of the European continent.

President Anastasiades is expected to arrive around 1:45 pm (Cyprus time) at the Meeting venue.

During the Meeting, the President of the Republic will deliver an address on the subject “Peace and Security”, while on the sidelines of the deliberations he will have bilateral meetings with Heads of State or Government.

Tonight at 8 p.m. (Cyprus time) President Anastasiades will attend a dinner with all leaders participating in the Meeting.

The President of the Republic is accompanied by the Government Spokesman, Mr Marios Pelekanos, the Ambassador of the Republic in Prague, Mr Antonis Theocharous and other officials.
