Extension of Tender for the Science and Technology Park in Pentakomo

The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus announces the extension of the deadline for the submission of tenders for Tender No. YEΕB/YBT/02/2025 titled “Development and Operation of a Science and Technology Park (STP)”.

The tender concerns a competitive procedure with negotiation for the selection of a strategic investor for the creation and operation of the Science and Technology Park in Pentakomo, and the new deadline for the submission of tenders is 10 December 2025 (instead of 12 November 2025).

Interested Economic Operators are informed that on the relevant link in the Electronic Public Procurement System, an amendment document (Addendum No. 2) has been published, which includes an amendment to paragraph 6.4 of Part A of the Tender Documents and clarifying responses to questions received.
