The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth and the Deputy Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the dance group Selas, are organising the walking, interactive performance “Paper Journeys” on the occasion of International Museum Day 2025, on Saturday 17 May 2025, from 17:30 to 19:00, at the State Gallery of Contemporary Art – Majestic, in Lefkosia.

Through the symbolic voyage of a paper boat, participants of all ages will have the opportunity to engage in an immersive dialogue between the visual artwork “Surpassing” by Nikos Kouroussis and the poem “Boat Feelings” by Kyriakos Charalambides.

The experience will conclude in the Gallery’s Garden with an open conversation with the two creators.

The performance is interactive and experiential, specially designed for families with children aged 4 and above.
