A series of concerts titled “You will find me in the Garden” will take place at State Gallery of Contemporary Art – Majestic

A series of gardenside concerts in the garden of the State Gallery, curated by Panayiotis Mina of Pyrgatory Studios.

Four evenings of music, from June until October, will bring the sculptures and the flora of the garden to life, with sounds and projections filling the space of summer nights. New, well-known, and avant-garde musicians will enrich the evening with diverse sounds, promoting collaboration and improvisation. Electronic soundscapes as well as live performances with guitars, flute, and percussion will create the setting. After each concert, the audience will have the opportunity to engage with the permanent exhibition of the State Gallery and enjoy the garden with music selections from the artists themselves.

The names of the artists and more details will be announced a few days before each concert on the social media channels of the State Gallery and Pyrgatory Studios (@majesticstategallery and @pyrgatory.studios).

Starting on Friday, 14 June, at 20:00, during the sunset, the first concert features ISEL on modular synthesizers and special guest Eva Stavrou on flute. The concert will offer an audiovisual experience featuring improvised sound collaboration between the two artists, accompanied by video projections.
