Extension until 31 October 2025 for online submission of applications through the electronic service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme of the National Solidarity Fund”

Following the relevant Announcements dated 19/6/2025 and 4/9/2024 regarding the launch of the electronic service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme of the National Solidarity Fund” which was available from 19/6/2025 to 30/9/2025, the Ministry of Finance, taking into account that a significant number of affected natural persons who submitted an application during the period from 20/12/2023 to 25/5/2024 has not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of its application details, informs the affected natural persons that the operation of the electronic service has been extended until 31 October 2025. It is noted that the opportunity to submit an electronic application is available to natural persons who submitted an application through the electronic service “Participation in the Replenishment Scheme of National Solidarity Fund” during the period of 20/12/2023 to 25/5/2024, and who have not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of their application details.
Therefore, the affected natural persons who have not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of their application details are invited to submit their online applications no later than October 31 2025, since after that date it will not be possible to submit such online applications.
Regarding the cases of affected persons who did not submit electronic application during the period of 20/12/2023 to 25/5/2024, following the Announcement dated 7/3/2025, the Ministry of Finance reiterates its intention to reopen the electronic service “Participation in the Replenishment Scheme of National Solidarity Fund” for the online submission of applications. Taking in account the extension of current procedure, the additional information regarding the reopening of the electronic service will be announced within 2025, at a later stage, and after the completion of all procedural aspects of the ongoing process.
