Announcement by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus: Reminder to submit applications via the online service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme”

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus, following relevant announcements dated 24/9/2025 and 19/6/2025 regarding the submission of applications via the electronic service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme”, reminds affected persons that the deadline for submitting electronic applications, after an extension was given, is Friday, 31 October 2025. The electronic service is available at this link.
The electronic service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme” provides information to the affected Natural Persons that submitted an electronic application during the period from 20/12/2023 to 25/5/2024 and who have not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of the impairment amounts stated in their application.
It is further noted that the confirmation of impairment amounts and the uploading of IBAN can only be done through the online service “Review Impairment Results of Replenishment Scheme” and upon completion of the application submission the affected person receives a reference number NSF2-****.
Therefore, affected persons are requested to submit their electronic applications by 31 October 2025, at the latest, as after the aforementioned date, it will no longer be possible to confirm impairment amounts and upload the IBAN.
