This service refers to working teachers who wish to state any health or other special handling issues regarding their work placement.
You will need to print and fill out the form ΕΕΥ13 by hand and submit it, including all the necessary supporting documentation/evidence as specified in the form:
1. via email email at info@eey.gov.cy , or
2. by fax to 22602789, or
3. physically at the stated location.
