Quadripartite Initiative “ΕUΝΟΜΙΑ 4-2023”

The aeronautical exercise “EUNOMIA 4-2023”, which was carried out between the 11th and the 14th of September 2023, was successfully completed. During the exercise, Maritime Interdiction Operations (MIO), Search and Rescue (SAR), Cyber Warfare and the tactical phase of Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) were examined.

The exercise, which was coordinated by France, took place in the Eastern Mediterranean and Cyprus, with the participation of the National Guard, the Greek, Italian and French Armed Forces.

The Quadripartite cooperation signifies the joint intent and commitment to implement the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and Customary International Law and enhance stability in the Eastern Mediterranean. The objective of the exercise was to improve the mutual understanding and interoperability of the participating aeronautical forces.
