Change of performance date for the production Iphigenia in Tauris by Euripides at the Paphos Ancient Odeon – International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama 2025

The second performance of the Cypriot production Iphigenia in Tauris by Euripides (Theatriki Stegi Kyprou & Anyhow Theatre Ensemble), which was originally scheduled to be staged on Saturday, 26 July 2025, at 21:00, at the Paphos Ancient Odeon, is rescheduled on Thursday, 24 July 2025, at the same venue and time, due to a music concert taking place at the Paphos Medieval Castle.
This adjustment has been made to ensure the uninterrupted and optimal viewing experience for the audience, in line with Festival’s high artistic standards and our commitment to presenting performances under the best possible conditions, with full respect to both the public and the creative work of the artists and production team.
Audience members who have already purchased tickets for the performance of Iphigenia in Tauris on 26 July 2025, will receive further instructions from the Festival’s official ticketing provider, SoldOut Tickets.
According to the revised schedule, the production of Iphigenia in Tauris (Theatriki Stegi Kyprou & Anyhow Theatre Ensemble) will be staged as follows:
- Thursday, 24 July 2025, Paphos Ancient Odeon
- Friday, 25 July 2025, Paphos Ancient Odeon
- Tuesday, 29 July 2025, Makarios III Amphitheatre, Lefkosia
With English and Greek surtitles
