Announcement by the Department of Environment regarding Public Consultation Notice

The Department of Environment of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment is conducting a public market consultation to finalise the Tender Documents for the award of a Contract: “Provision of Services for the preparation of a Pre-Feasibility Study, a Project Concept Note and a Feasibility Study for the Project ‘Development of an Infrastructure Network for treatment of Mixed and Separately Collected Municipal Waste, in accordance with Management Plan Municipal Waste 2022 – 2028’”.
The Department welcomes comments, observations and suggestions from Waste Management Consultancy Companies regarding the scope of the contract, the capability of the market to meet the terms and specifications, the feasibility of the proposed duration for the execution of the contract, the requirements concerning the technical and professional ability of interested companies, the estimated value of the contract, etc. Interested Economic Operators are invited to declare their interest and ability to participate in the tender.
The Tender Documents are available on the Cyprus e-Procurement Platform under the section Intention for Procurement Announcements and on the website of the Department of Environment under the News section. Comments, observations and suggestions may be submitted by Monday, 10 March 2025, electronically via the Cyprus e-Procurement Platform or by email to the address: candreou@environment.moa.gov.cy.
