European Disability Card

The European Disability Card aims to enhance the participation of people with disabilities in the fields of culture, tourism, leisure, sport and transport, with a system of mutual recognition by all Member States participating in the European Programme, i.e. the card is valid and recognized by EU countries participating in the scheme on a voluntary basis.
At this stage, the following EU Member States are participating in the Programme: Cyprus, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Malta, Slovenia, Cyprus, Finland, Malta and Romania.
